Section 640A.Sec. 3.1 - NEW

In addition to the requirements set forth in NAC 640A.030 and 640A.041, to be eligible to obtain a standard license by reciprocity, a person must hold a license that is active and in good standing as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant issued in a state that is a member of the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact.
