Chapter 639 of NAC is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to read as follows:
The Executive Secretary may require a person who submits an application for the issuance of a license, certificate or permit pursuant to chapter 453, 454 or 639 of NRS or an application for the renewal of any such license, certificate or permit to appear at the next regular meeting of the Board if the application contains any information that indicates the applicant engaged in conduct which would be prohibited pursuant to NRS 453.236, 639.210 or 639.2895.
