1. An application for the renewal of a license or certificate must be in the form prescribed by the Board. The application must be accompanied by the fees required by section 7.2. The renewal of a license or certificate pursuant to NRS 636.250 or section 4 of Assembly Bill No. 77, chapter 568, Statutes of Nevada 2019, at page 3636, is effective on the date on which a complete application containing all required materials and fees is postmarked or received electronically by the Executive Director.Nev.
