Section 636.220 - Employment of unlicensed persons for certain services

Except as authorized by section 3 of Assembly Bill No. 77, chapter 568, Statutes of Nevada 2019, at page 3635, a licensee shall not employ, either directly or indirectly, an unlicensed person to perform any services for which an optometrist's license is required by law.
