Section 634.215 - Fee for issuance of license: Time for payment; failure to pay1. An applicant for a license to practice chiropractic in this State must pay the fee for the issuance of a license to practice chiropractic required pursuant to NAC 634.200 within 1 year after he or she has satisfied all the requirements for licensure set forth in this chapter and chapter 634 of NRS, other than the payment of the fee for the issuance of the license.2. If such an applicant does not pay the fee for the issuance of a license to practice chiropractic in the period set forth in subsection 1, he or she: (a) Shall be deemed to have withdrawn the application; and(b) Must reinitiate the application process if he or she wishes to apply for a license at a later date.Nev.
