Section 630.605 - Provisional approval; disciplinary action for violation

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 630.610 to 630.630, inclusive, a licensee may practice medicine by utilizing any means or instrumentality. A licensee is subject to disciplinary action by the Board if the Board finds that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of NAC 630.610 to 630.630, inclusive.
