Section 628.019 - Investigation of criminal history; submission of fingerprints
Each applicant for certification must:
1. Agree to an investigation of his or her criminal history to determine whether the applicant is qualified for certification pursuant to paragraph (d) of subsection 1 of NRS NRS 628.190; and2. Submit to the Board a complete set of his or her fingerprints.
