On the effective date:
1. A person who holds a subclassification A-13 license issued pursuant to the former provisions of subsection 13 of NAC 624.150 shall be deemed to hold a subclassification A-13 license issued pursuant to the provisions of that subsection, as amended by section 1.2. A person who holds a classification C-31 license issued pursuant to the former provisions of NAC 624.480 shall be deemed to hold a subclassification A-13 license issued pursuant to the provisions of subsection 13 of NAC 624.150, as amended by section 1.Nev. Admin. Code § 624.Sec. 2
