Section 618.848 - Witness fees; fees to persons taking depositions1. Witnesses summoned before the Board are entitled to be paid the same fees and mileage that are paid to witnesses in the courts of the State of Nevada.2. Witnesses whose depositions are taken and the persons taking the depositions are entitled to the same fees as are paid for similar services in the courts of the State of Nevada.3. Witness fees and mileage must be paid by the party at whose instance the witness appears. The party at whose instance the deposition is taken shall pay the person taking the deposition.Nev. Admin.
