Section 618.833 - Settlement1. A settlement will be approved by the Board at any stage of the proceedings if the settlement is consistent with the provisions and objectives of chapter 618 of NRS.2. An agreement for a settlement submitted by the parties must be accompanied by an appropriate proposed order.3. If parties agree to a settlement, a copy of the agreement must be served upon all affected employees who have given notice. Proof of service must accompany the proposed settlement when submitted to the Board.Nev. Admin. Code § 618.833
