Section 618.384 - Notification of Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration upon denial

A certifying authority shall notify in writing the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration, 3360 West Sahara Avenue, Suite 250, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102, within 5 working days after the certifying authority denies a certificate of operation for a crane which is used to erect or dismantle a tower crane.
