Section 616C.321 - Counsel of record

The counsel or licensed representative of record, as applicable, shall be deemed to be the counsel or licensed representative for the party in all proceedings before the appeals officer until written notice of the withdrawal and the substitution of counsel or licensed representative is filed with the appeals officer.
