Section 616A.015 - "Adjuster" defined

"Adjuster" means the unit of an insurer or a third-party administrator that is responsible for the administration of claims for compensation for industrial injury or occupational disease in this State, including, without limitation, making determinations relating to compensability and payment of accident benefits.
