Section 610.225 - Formation; jurisdiction; composition1. The Council will encourage the formation of joint committees with jurisdiction over a county or larger area if it is found that programs of apprenticeship can be advanced thereby.2. Such committees must be composed of an equal number of representatives of management and labor and any public representatives whom they select.3. Such a committee may act as a joint committee for more than one trade or industry with the consent of the employers and employees involved.Nev. Admin. Code § 610.225
