Section 598.Sec. 2 - NEW

"Complaint and order to show cause" means an order to show cause and a statement of the charges issued by the Commissioner or Attorney General pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 598.0971 directed to a person to show cause why the hearing officer should not order the person to cease and desist from engaging in a deceptive trade practice.
