Section 587.660 - "Certified stock" defined"Certified stock" means garlic that:
1. Has been produced in a certified block; or2. Is produced from a nursery increase block if the entire planting meets the requirements of a nursery increase block for at least 3 years after the date that the participant enters the Program.Nev. Admin. Code § 587.660
