Section 586.080 - Expression of percentages; sliding scale prohibited

The sliding scale method of expressing percentages must not be used. This does not forbid the use of a qualifying statement descriptive of the basic active material or materials, if the statement does not constitute an integral part of the percentage of total active ingredients.
