Section 584.009 - "Misbranded" defined"Misbranded" means any dairy product:
1. Which is packaged in a container that displays or is accompanied by any false or misleading written, printed or graphic matter;2. Which does not, as required by NAC 584.0107, conform to the definition or standard of identity of the dairy product that is packaged in the container; or3. For which one or more of the conditions prescribed in 21 U.S.C. § 343 exist.Nev. Admin. Code § 584.009
