Section 557.125 - Notice to Department before harvesting or conducting remediation activities on crop; requirements for sampling procedures and methods1. A registrant shall notify the Department before:(a) The harvest or any other form of disposition of a crop; or(b) Conducting remediation activities on a crop.2. In collecting a sample of a crop pursuant to subsection 2 or 6 of NRS 557.270, the Department will use the sampling procedures and methods set forth in 7 C.F.R. § 990.3.Nev. Admin. Code § 557.125
