Section 554.Sec. 10 - NEW

Any person who does not comply with the requirements set forth in sections 4 to 9, inclusive, or who provides false, fraudulent or inaccurate information to the Department or its authorized representative is in violation of the quarantine established in section 3 and subject to the civil penalties set forth in NRS 554.235.
