Section 538.320 - Petitions for declaratory orders and advisory opinions1. Any member of the public may petition the Commission for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion on the applicability of any statutory provision or regulation within the jurisdiction of the Commission.2. A petition for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion must be in writing.3. The Commission will issue a declaratory order or render an advisory opinion in writing within 90 days after its receipt of the petition in proper form.Nev. Admin. Code § 538.320
