Section 534A.210 - Fees for permits for individual geothermal wells

A person who files an application for a permit to drill or operate an individual geothermal well shall pay to the Commission a fee according to the following schedule:

INDUSTRIAL WELLS

Observation Well...........	300
Thermal Gradient Well ........................................................................................	100
COMMERCIAL WELLS
