Section 527.140 - "Taking" defined"Taking" means to:
1. Cut, destroy, mutilate, pick, remove or harm any plant on the list of fully protected species of native flora;2. Engage in any conduct that would reasonably result in the cutting, destruction, mutilating, picking, removing or harming of any plant on the list of fully protected species of native flora; or3. Attempt to engage in any such conduct.Nev. Admin. Code § 527.140
