Section 503.Sec. 5 - NEW
1. A person who is not a resident of this State, is licensed as a master falconer in another state, legally possesses a golden eagle in that state and wishes to use that golden eagle in the practice of falconry in this State pursuant to section 3 shall submit to the Department a form prescribed by the Department that includes, without limitation, the date or dates on which the person wants to use the golden eagle in the practice of falconry in this State. Upon confirmation that the person meets the requirements set forth in section 3 to use the golden eagle in the practice of falconry in this State, a representative of the Department must sign and return the form to the person.
2. Any person who is not a resident of this State who uses a golden eagle in the practice of falconry in this State shall have in his or her possession during the hunt and have ready for inspection by a game warden or representative of the Department:
(a) His or her master falconry license issued by his or her state of residence and any other documents from his or her state of residence that prove that he or she legally possesses the golden eagle;
(b) A nonresident hunting license issued pursuant to chapter 502 of NRS; and
(c) The form that is obtained and signed pursuant to subsection 1.
