Section 503.Sec. 3.1 - NEW

1. The following species of mollusks are classified as protected:

	Common Name	Scientific Name
(a) Floater	California .................................	Anodonta californiensis
(b) Mussel	Western Pearlshell ...................	Margaritifera falcata
	Western Ridged ........................	Gonidea angulata

2. All species of mollusks which are not classified as protected, sensitive, threatened, endangered, injurious aquatic species or aquatic invasive species are unprotected.
