Section 503.Sec. 2 - NEW

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 3 of NAC 503.193, a person who holds a valid hunting license issued by the Department may hunt fur-bearing mammals by use of a gun or a bow and arrow during the open season to hunt fur-bearing mammals.
