Section 482A.007 - "Physical control" defined

"Physical control" means the monitoring of, direct physical contact with and hands-on control of the mechanical operations of an autonomous vehicle, including, without limitation, braking, steering and adjusting the throttle, by the operator of the autonomous vehicle.
