Section 482.700 - "Program" defined

As used in NAC 482.700 to 482.765, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "program" means the program established by the Department pursuant to NRS 482.281 under which authorized inspection stations and authorized stations may renew registrations of motor vehicles or offer services for the renewal of registrations of motor vehicles.
