Section 482.095 - Manufacturers, distributors, dealers and rebuilders: Form for authorization of disclosure1. An authorization for the disclosure of financial records required by the Department pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 482.352 must be on a form provided by the Department.2. In addition to the requirements of NRS 239A.090, the form must include, without limitation, a statement that the financial records and any information concerning the financial records:(a) Will only be used to assist the Division of Compliance Enforcement of the Department to determine the suitability of an applicant or licensee for initial or continued licensure pursuant to NRS 482.318 to 482.363105, inclusive; and(b) Will not be disclosed or disseminated to any person other than an employee of the Department who is authorized to issue a license to an applicant pursuant to NRS 482.318 to 482.363105, inclusive, or to determine the suitability of an applicant or a licensee for such licensure.Nev.
