Section 467.177 - Programs for charitable purposes: Application; duties of promoter1. A promoter who wishes to present a program of unarmed combat for charitable purposes must file with the Commission an application for a permit to present the program. The application must contain the name of the charity, charitable fund or organization which is to benefit from the program, evidence satisfactory to the Commission that the organization which is to benefit from the program is recognized as exempt from federal income tax pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3), and the amount or percentage of the receipts of the program which is to be paid to the charity.2. Within 10 days after such a program is held, the promoter shall furnish to the Commission a certified itemized statement of the receipts and expenditures in connection with the program and the net amount paid to the charitable fund or organization. If the promoter fails to file the statement within the prescribed time, the Commission: (a) May suspend or revoke the promoter's license.(b) May thereafter refuse to issue a permit to the promoter for the holding of any program of unarmed combat for charitable purposes.Nev.
