Section 459.9865 - Provision of notice before transportation of radioactive waste

A person who transports radioactive waste shall notify the Division not less than 4 hours nor more than 48 hours before beginning to transport the waste in this State. As used in this section, "radioactive waste" includes low-level waste as defined in NRS 459.007.
