Section 455.425 - Date of issuance and effective date of order1. The date of the issuance of an order is the day the Secretary signs and verifies the order and affixes the seal of the Commission on the order. The date of issuance of an order may or may not be the day of decision by the Commission. The Secretary shall clearly indicate on each order the date of its issuance.2. Unless otherwise specifically provided in the order, an order of the Commission is effective as of the date of its issuance.Nev. Admin. Code § 455.425
