Section 453A.588 - Mechanical ventilation

Each facility for the production of edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products shall ensure that it provides mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity as necessary to keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke and fumes.
