Section 453A.0746 - "Proficiency testing provider" defined

"Proficiency testing provider" means a person accredited to operate a proficiency testing program by an organization which is accredited pursuant to standard ISO/IEC 17011 of the International Organization for Standardization to perform such accreditation.
