Section 450B.230 - "Service" defined

"Service" means an organization which provides ambulance or air ambulance service or which provides units upon request or to provide coverage for a special event, including, without limitation, a fire-fighting agency issued a permit by the Division or a volunteer service, whether or not the service is conducted pursuant to a business license issued by a local government.
