Section 450B.529 - Permit: Investigation of applicant; issuance or rejectionAfter receiving an application for a permit to operate a service at the level of service of basic, intermediate or advanced emergency care, or any combination thereof the Division shall, within 30 days after the receipt:
1. Have an investigation made of the applicant's proposed operations and the information contained in the application; and2. Upon completion of the investigation, issue a permit authorizing the requested level of operations or a written rejection of the application on any ground prescribed in this chapter, setting forth the reasons for the rejection and notifying the applicant of the right to appeal pursuant to NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.Nev.
