Section 449.0119 - Denial, suspension or revocation of license or endorsement: Appeals

An applicant or licensee who is aggrieved by an action of the Division relating to the denial, suspension or revocation of a license or an endorsement may appeal pursuant to the procedures set forth in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
