Section 447.160 - Baths, showers, toilets and lavatories1. All baths, showers, toilets and lavatories must be kept in good repair.2. While being used by guests, the floors of the bathrooms and toilet rooms must be sanitized each day.3. While being used by guests, every surface of a bathtub, shower and toilet which may come in contact with a person's body must be sanitized each day.
