Section 445A.900 - Action by Director on plan for corrective action1. If a plan of corrective action has been determined by the Director to be adequate, the Director shall incorporate it into the permit as a condition.2. If the Director's review of the plan indicates that the plan is inadequate pursuant to NAC 445A.899, the Director shall require the applicant to revise the plan, prescribe a plan for corrective action and a schedule for compliance as a condition of the permit or deny the application.Nev.
