Section 445A.886 - Submission of information requested by Director

The holder of a permit shall furnish to the Director, within a time specified by the Director, any information which may be requested by him or her to determine whether cause exists for modifying, suspending or revoking the permit or to determine whether the holder is complying with the conditions of the permit.
