Section 445A.884 - Single permit for facilities otherwise required to obtain additional permits

A single permit may be issued by the Director for a facility that is required to obtain additional permits because of on-site treatment or storage of fluids for injection. Fees for such a permit must be based on each separate activity required to have a permit.
