Section 445A.860 - Confidentiality of information submitted to Director1. Any information submitted to the Director pursuant to NAC 445A.810 to 445A.925, inclusive, may be claimed as confidential by the person submitting the information. If the person submitting the information wants the Director to consider the information confidential pursuant to NRS 445A.665, the claim must be asserted at the time of submission by stamping or writing "confidential business information" on each page containing the information. If a claim is not made at the time of submission, the Director may make the information available to the public without further notice.2. In addition to the information described in NRS 445A.665, the Director must deny a claim of confidentiality for the name and address of any applicant for a permit or any holder of a permit.3. The confidential information must be disclosed, upon request, to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency or the Administrator's authorized representative, who shall maintain the disclosed information as confidential.Nev.
