Section 445A.8435 - Public access to information concerning locations of groundwater protection areas and other sensitive groundwater areas

The Division shall ensure that information concerning the locations of groundwater protection areas and other sensitive groundwater areas is made available to the public in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 144.87(d).
