Section 445A.920 - Loss of or failure to demonstrate mechanical integrity

If the holder of a permit or the Director finds that an injection well fails to demonstrate mechanical integrity during a test or a loss of mechanical integrity becomes evident during operation, the operation of the injection well must be stopped immediately and may not be resumed until approved by the Director.
