Section 441A.Sec. 4.1 - NEW

Medical or epidemiological evidence to determine the likelihood of transmitting a communicable disease to another person for the purposes of NRS 441A.180 must meet the standards prescribed in the Control of Communicable Diseases Manual or Red Book: 2021 Report of the Committee on Infectious Diseases, adopted by reference in NAC 441A.200.
