Section 439B.220 - Submission of quarterly reports1. Each hospital shall submit the following information not later than 30 days after each quarter:(a) Financial reports in the form prescribed by the department; (b) Utilization reports in the form prescribed by the department; and (c) A statement of all substantial changes in the services provided by the hospital in the quarter. 2. The department shall adopt forms and instructions for the quarterly financial and utilization reports to be filed pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin. Code § 439B.220
