Section 439.Sec. 36 - NEW

Any notice that is required to be provided to a person pursuant to sections 2 to 40, inclusive, chapter 233B of NRS or NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive, shall be deemed sufficient if the notice is sent to the last address or the electronic mail address provided to the Division by the person to whom the notice is required to be delivered.
