Section 435.505 - Definitions

As used in NAC 435.500 to 435.740, inclusive, and sections 2 to 8, inclusive, of this regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 435.5054 to 435.5086, inclusive, and sections 2, 3 and 4 of this regulation, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
