Section 432B.013 - "Agency which provides family assessment services" defined"Agency which provides family assessment services" means an agency which has entered into a written agreement with an agency which provides child welfare services to:
1. Conduct an assessment of the family of a child to determine what services, if any, are needed by the family and, if appropriate, to provide any such services; or2. Provide to the family of a child counseling, training or other services relating to child abuse and neglect.Nev. Admin. Code § 432B.013
