Section 427A.554 - "Public agency providing autism services" defined

"Public agency providing autism services" means the State or a local government or an agency thereof that provides, either directly or through a grant, contract or other agreement, assessments, interventions and diagnoses of persons with autism spectrum disorders or who are suspected of having autism spectrum disorders through the age of 21 years.
